On behalf of the USS Calvert Associates, the 2025 USS Calvert Reunion is schedule to be held at the Quality Suites Nashville Airport, in Nashville, Tennessee on Sept. 24-28, 2025. 

The reunion hotel is located a little less than two miles from the Nashville International Airport with a free airport shuttle and outdoor parking.  The reunion rates are $89 (king) and $99 (doubles) for USS Calvert reunion attendees.   A free hot breakfast is included with the hotel registration.  

The reunion tours and activities are still being finalized.  As soon as the tour information is available, a USS Calvert Reunion Tours Registration Form and a detailed itinerary will be posted on the website. 

Meanwhile, so you can consider travel arrangements, the attached Hotel Reservation Guide will assist for making reservations.  That form also includes information about the hotel and room rates. The hotel reservation guide is available here.

Important note: The deadline date for hotel reservations at the reunion rate is August 24, 2025.
